An Idiot's Guide to Geezeritis

It started simply enough. Just a slight twinge at the junction between the cervical and thoracic vertabreas.
Then some tight muscles and an Ibuprofen sandwich or two.

Toss in some x-rays and several trips to a physical therapist, and seasoned with several sleepless nights.

Numb fingers, headaches and the staggering realization
that I am on the fast track to geezerdom.

So it's either some pinched nerves or perchance a bulging disk.

It's not exactly how I wanted to spend the Spring.
Fortunately, I have good insurance and some health care professionals looking out for me.

Now, if I could just get used to typing
when it feels as if I'm wearing boxing gloves.
