Only the darkness of night makes it possible for us to see the glittering stars, and even when clouds shroud the nighttime sky, high above, the stars continue to sparkle.
Nothing of this world is permanent. Our lives are best lived in the now, with an eye towards the rising of tomorrow’s sun. Our lives are lost when we are held captive by the images and memories of the past.
Our fate rests firmly in our own hands, as we chart the course of our life.
Perhaps the love we receive, combined with the love we give, is the only lasting impression our lives make on the congregation of man.
For as surely as the stars are made to adorn the night time sky, each of us is made to contribute.
